The Nelson Hixson Land & Cattle Company is a 205 acre Texas Horse Boarding and Texas Horse Training facility located in beautiful Princeton Texas. The Ranch or "Franch", as it is referred to by family and friends, is owned and operated by Dennis and Frances Hixson. The Hixson's have spent their lives raising and training horses. The focus of their passion is the father of all horses, the Arabian Horse.  Although they are currently home to not just Arabians, but Paints, Quarterhorses, Morgans, Missouri Foxtrotters, Walkaloosas and Paso Finos

Some of the amenities at the 'Franch' include a large covered and lighted riding arena, spacious tack room, bathroom with shower, large individual turnout paddocks and some of the prettiest trail riding in the area.
